The last couple of years have been a nightmare for the housing market. Covid 19 has bought an already suffering market to a new low. There was a complete standstill when the severe successive lockdown were imposed. Everything was affected, livelihoods were lost and there was a sense of suffering everywhere. Fast forward to this day and people claim everything is turning back to normal. The restrictions have largely been lifted off, the markets are breathing again but what about the housing market.
